Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vittapulse. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We keep our shipping simple and reliable. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing delays, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Delivery Zones (Europe Only)
Vittapulse exclusively ships to destinations within Europe. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside of the European continent at this time.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can follow your delivery right to your door.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vittapulse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Note: If you are shipping strictly within the European Union, cross-border duties do not apply to your customers, but keeping this clause protects you for non-EU European countries like the UK or Switzerland).
6. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please reach out to our support team right away at lukenyycosta@gmail.comΒ with photos of the damaged packaging and goods so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
